Starting in the Nubian Village of Aswan experiencing culture and hospitality which is quite different from the rest of Egypt. We'll then visit the eco lodge that
all our groups fall in love with in Abu Simbel.
Having joined in with the music, dance and story telling, we meditate, practice a little yoga and begin the teachings from the mystery schools. Visit Abu Simbel Temple at sunrise, a perfumery where we
discover how the ancient Egyptians refined the oil and worked them on the chakra system, ride on a felucca and visit the spice market.
