La Fustera is
in Moraira, a beautiful village on the Costa Blanca coast, 45
minutes from Alicante airport and less than 1 minute walk to
sea.
Beautiful traditional white Spanish villa
situated in the heart of a quiet residential area. Newly
refurbished, the tiled floors, open plan living and contemporary
furnishings are complimented by the surrounding landscaped
Mediterranean gardens with naya and sun terrace with sun
loungers provided. There are various seating areas for
relaxation and quiet contemplation as well as numerous dining
areas, a barbeque and a private drive with ample off road
parking. Our villa is located in a well established residential
area approx 7 mins by car from the centre of Moraira. There is a
good selection of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walking
distance. Sandy beaches and coves are just one minute walk away.
There are also tennis courts, a golf course and supermarkets
within the vicinity.
