Ring Brodgar 2004, 2005, 2007
See Skara Brae stone village, the fascinating tomb of Maeshowe
- older than the pyramids and with Viking graffiti you won't find in Egypt
- the magnificent standing stone circle at the Ring of Brodgar, the stone village of Barnhouse, and the Stones of Stenness.

Ring Brodgar 2004
2004 was a high
point in my teaching of Sekhem. Now a wonderful friend, someone who
had been a devotee of the goddess Sekhmet since 1956! invited me up
to
tell him
more. That y ear
11 of us participated. The weather was phenomenal and we stayed in a
wonderful bungalow and got use of the downstairs conservatory as
well as the upstairs lounge for the workshops. Lucy came up from
England and helped me with the masters. We saw the most special moon
over the Ring of Brodgar.
Ring Brodgar 2005
2005 was the
first time we went for it and took the chance of making the summer
solstice and the St Magnus Festival, both were amazing. My Mum and
Dad joined us.
Ring Brodgar 2006
2006 saw the
solstice and St Magnus as part of the trip now - and of course
fish and chips at Stenness. This
time we'd been invited up by a beau ty
salon, the bungalow wasn't free but we loved staying instead at the
wonderful Woodhill House which I hope to return to some May to
enjoy
the
bluebells.
