DAY 1 LUXOR  arrive Luxor, transfer to and overnight at Movenpick Hotel                                                                                                             

DAY 2 Relax unwind by the Nile...  

and begin to acclimatise to that slower pace... ..enjoy the the beautiful hotel gardens.... (Sekhem Masters 1 initiation in the gazebo at the Movenpick)
.... meditate or enjoy yoga while looking onto the Nile...
                                  ....even just smelling the wonderful food made on the premises....

                                                          ...then take an evening trip to Luxor Temple ...where the great pillars represent balancing the chakras and the male and female aspects

DAY 3 06.30 Karnack Temple Visit

                                          including the temple to Sekhmet...(Sekhem Masters

 course opens with a private meditation) ..back to the hotel and a Sunset Felucca

 Trip on the Nile   

   and by now the group is visibly relaxing    and getting to know each other                                                               

                                                                                               DAY 4 Dawn Meditation ....

                                                                                                                                                 ... then 07:30 Visit Dendera and Abydos by coach and catch a  wonderful glimpse of rural Egypt on the way.

Look round the temples, meditate in the initiation chamber and visit the Osiron.                                  Amr doing what he does best!          Horus bringing the key of life

DAY 5 06.30 Visit West Bank (optional balloon trip) and the Valley of Kings

Visit the alabaster factory enjoy shopping and mint tea then on to Madinet Habu temple where we can chant in the echo chamber

Special Dinner at Hotel

CAIRO

DAY 6 Flight to Cairo  DAY 7 07:30 PYRAMIDS including Great Pyramid. Papyrus institute

DAY 8  13.00 - 18.00 Cairo Museum then shopping at jewellery shop and Cairo souk - option of dinner at the souk.

DAY 9  07:00 Visit Saqqara........and the carpet school.
                                                                                                           Perfumery palace...sense and smell these wonderful perfumes, learn how they balance the chakras, have your own chakras balanced and experience/see how they can be  used in massage and healing. Evening Sound and Light Show at the pyramids

DAY 10 Free  time for most of the group optional empowerment in Kings Chamber for Sekhem Masters 2
