gentle yoga with the option of more activity with a bunch of like minded individuals
to share dinner / outings with then this could be the break
for you!

enjoy yoga, meditation each morning with Vicki; a little group work.
Plus as much or as little exercise and sports as you want to
take on board as an individual. That usually includes a wide
variety of water sports, some of us may do our PADI
certificates during the time.
